CHUNXI Marketplace and GULANG Gymnasium, designed by Atelier Z+, are vibrant, low-carbon, and smart living spaces. They represent the first realized 'Ideal Unit' in Vanke's 'Future City' initiative, launched in 2018. These buildings are among the first batch completed in the community and serve as both containers for everyday life and advocates of green ecology. The project showcases the fusion of architectural design and sustainable practices, with a focus on creating a harmonious and environmentally conscious urban environment. The design team, led by Zhang Bin and Project Architect Jin Yanlin, includes various specialists in different fields, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to the project's development.
